Good break from busy life!

Convenient but well-tucked location for a quaint, mindfully constructed cabin that helped us break and disconnect from the busy life. Though it's just well enough equipped to allow us to be productive when required with reliable wifi and separate rooms.. The location is good for dogs and families given the mostly fenced in yard and proximity to snow park/forest recreation. The hot tub is very well taken care of and comfortable. Wood stove burns well and pull through driveway suitable for small ORV/OSV trailers. Good break from busy life!

Beautiful Cabin

My boyfriend and I didn\'t have any plans for Thanksgiving, so we decided last minute to book a cabin in the woods and cook a Thanksgiving dinner for us and our fur baby. The kitchen had everything we needed for a delicious meal for two. We spent our time there cooking, sitting by the fire, relaxing in the hot tub, and watching the dog enjoy the big back yard. The description says partially fenced because there are some areas with chicken wire instead of wood fencing, but our dog wasn\'t able to get out of the yard, even though she was looking for a place to go. The only complaint we had was the overwhelming amount of chlorine in the hot tub. I would suggest opening the top for a few minutes before getting in.

My wife and I usually stay at the Bavarian Lodge in downtown Leavenworth for our anniversary. This year i coildnt get a room booked due to none being available. After thinking, i decided to book us this cabin, and hoped that it would be just as special. Well my wife and I both agree that from now on, this is going to be our new tradition. We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin felt private enough and surrounded by beautiful trees, and the drive into Leavenworth was so pleasant and not too long. There is so much to do in Leavenworth, and it was nice to come home to a quiet and cozy cabin. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook and just relaxing on the comfy couches, as well as using the hot tub several times. If you are looking for a cozy and quiet get away while also having the town close by, this cabin is perfect! The host was also very responsive and was able to give us an early check in which was awesome.

Cabin was very cozy with a nice backyard and deck. Dog friendly was a plus. The hot tub was nice just watch out of mosquitos in the summer. The host provides a mosquito candle that can help. Everything was as described in the listing and very clean.

We had a wonderful time while we were visiting Leavenworth. The drive to and from downtown were quite gorgeous. The cabin itself was very clean and cozy. The folks who communicated with us were proactive and super helpful. You may need to sign a separate contract for your stay, so if you\'re one to not check your inbox, you may want to take that into consideration So many positives!!! The hot tub stole the show. It was large, and decently secluded. We loved being out on the patio during the day and night. And our Boxane, Gus Gus, loved running around the yard. It was amazing that it was COMPLETELY fenced in so that we didn\'t have to put him on his long leash. We were able to make use of every single amenity made easy by all of the instructions provided ahead of our stay and then other help posted throughout the property. Check in and check out were literally a BREEZE!

This is such a cozy cabin. It was perfect for our small family and dogs. The hot tub was just what was needed after a long day of activities. We did have an evening in where we watched a movie and started the fireplace. The hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Here\'s a couple of tips for future guests: 1- Bring your own Fire/ Roku/ Apple stick. The host did provide DVDs, but if you want to watch your own show you will need it. The TV is not a current SmartTV. 2- Bring your own bundle of wood if you would like to use the fireplace.

Loved the cabin experience with my dogs. I loved the interior and overall was very comfy. It is 20 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth, which was nice. I also got to do activities in Plain too. Convenient location for sure. I also really liked the hot tub. Our weekend getaway to Leavenworth was so much better because we stayed in this Airbnb. My dogs also loved to play at the deck and yard. We got to grill burgers and hot dogs as well. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience! My feedback would be that I would have appreciated having more towels as it wasn't enough for two people for 3 nights.

Excellent setup and location! The cabin was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and the covered hot tub area was a bonus. Nice yard for dogs and quiet street with little traffic. We were able to get to Lake Wenatchee, Plain, and Leavenworth all quickly and easily while we stayed. The cabin was a perfect retreat after long days on our feet.

Cute little cabin in the woods! It was perfect for our for our family of four's mid-winter ski getaway at Stevens Pass. The kitchen was well appointed and the hot tub was well maintained and Awesome!! There is a wood burning stove but you need to bring your own kindling and firewood. We would definitely would stay here again.

Our stay at the cabin was very nice. Jessica, with the rental company worked with us having to change our reservation due to a snow storm (it closed all the passes in/out of Leavenworth.) Wow, what an awesome cabin this was for our Labor Day weekend trip. We were able to bring the dog for a low fee which is so awesome. The cabin was very clean, decorated adorably and had all the essentials for a fun game night and cooking. Lots of extra towels and blankets, they even provided some fetch toys for the pup. The setting is gorgeous tucked in the trees. You can hear the highway but didn’t bother us a bit. The yard was fully fenced so our dog could do his business off leash. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. About 20 minute drive to Leavenworth but so worth it. We can’t wait to stay again!

Have a wonderful stay here with my partner and her 8 year old child. A cozy place, well maintained and the kitchen was well surprisingly well stocked. Beds were comfortable, and the living area was cozy. Loved all the extra blankets for sitting outside in the summer evening. Outdoors has a huge patio with a well maintained propane fire pit, propane grill, and lovely covered hot tub. Neighbors are close by, but it still felt very private. Small complaints: No dishwasher, noticeable road noise. That being said, we'd love to stay here again.

The place was nice and as described in photos and the description. The post-booking, pre-arrival process was a bit unnecessarily cumbersome (I received 3 separate emails confirming my reservation, each with different written details and one with a 12 page contract to review and sign). I then received a separate follow-up reminding me of the "quiet time" rules, which I found was a bit overkill since it was already written in two other emails. When I responded as such, I was offered (did not ask) a free bottle of wine as a "sorry for the overkill" emails, which was nice. We weren't able to check in early, which happens, and then instead of getting check-in instructions, we received a massive link to a "welcome passport" website, which again, was unnecessary. When we finally received the code (1 hour before arriving), there was no bottle of wine waiting for us when we got in. The place was good; the check-in process could use some serious stream-lining.

Peace of Pines cabin was perfect for our two night getaway. It was very clean and had all of the necessities to make it comfortable. The hot tub was the best part. It is located just a few minutes from Wenatchee State Park. We went Snowshoeing on trails around the park on the first day and started our trek up Nason Ridge from there on the second day. XC skiing was on the agenda but dogs were not allowed in groomed XC ski places and conditions were icy. Our only issue with the Cabin was that there was no split firewood. As that is the primary heat source for the great room we had to split our own. That could be an issue for some people.

Our 3 boys were desperate to find snow so this property was perfect! Nice backyard for them to play in and a great hot tub for mom and dad to relax in! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked nicely with everything we needed to make our meals. Lake Wenatchee State Park was close by and it was a beautiful drive between the house and Leavenworth. We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was cozy, nice and warm during our Fall/Winter vacation. The hot tub was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped though it doesn’t have a dishwasher. Overall our stay was quite lovely and would definitely stay here in the future.

My wife and I stay in short term rentals 2-5 times/year, and the places are often not set up with the guest in mind. In other words, they’re often not very comfortable. That’s because we haven’t used this company before. NW comfy cabins hit the mark on every detail: comfy furniture, soft towels (and even a dog towel!), clean facility, comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen, great guide that’s easy to use, and responsive customer service. The only “downside” is that we bought wood for the wood stove because the listing said that no wood would be provided, but they had a huge stack of hardwood in the shed for us to use that they informed us of after we arrived. That’s a pretty nice “problem” to have. 🙂

I came to Peace of Pine with 2 girlfriends for a COVID change of scenery. The cabin was immaculate and super charming! It had everything we needed, and was in a great location. The only downside was that the yard wasn't fully fenced for "Fido," and the road noise from the main road right behind the house was somewhat loud. But not a deal-breaker. We would definitely stay again!

The decor is so cute, a cozy cabin feel, I loved it. The hot tub was in perfect condition and the whole deck area is a great space to hang out and relax. The propane fire was a nice feature I didn’t think I’d care to use but it was perfect for keeping warm after the hot tub. The cabin was very clean but it did have a few things that needed fixing or maintained better. There was nothing bad enough to cause us any concern or that would prevent us from recommending the cabin. A couple things that would really be helpful are robes to wear to the hot tub so we didn’t have to use up so many towels and a gate from the front door to the fence by the hot tub. For the gate, even one of those cloth ones that you can pull across and velcro would be great. Just a little extra piece of mind for pups or kids since it’s pretty close to the road. The manager was very easy to work with, we extended our stay while there. Overall the cabin was great, if it was fully fenced and a little more secluded we would definitely be back.

Had a wonderful stay at this little cabin. It was so cute & cozy! Location was great. Outside of town but not too far (about 15 min from Leavenworth). It had everything we needed. A little washer or dryer would have been nice as there is a hot Tub, but they included so many towels in our 2 day stay that it wasn’t an issue at all. The property was clean & very well maintained. A few times I emailed management and they were so quick with a response and very professional. A+ customer service! I can’t wait to stay here again. This time we took advtange Of downtown Leavenworth. But can’t wait to be able to come back again and take advantage of lake Wenatchee & all the horse back riding and kayaking it has to offer !!

This cabin is cozy and relaxing. Short drive into downtown Leavenworth. Snow came down pretty bad on our 2nd day, they did a great job plowing the driveway.

One recommendation would be to put some sort of shade in front of the hot tub to give it more of a secluded feeling.
I think an L shape couch would be better though. I know it has a pull out coach but pull out couches are a lot less comfortable.

Overall though really enjoy the cabin.

Loved this cabin! Decorated for the rustic cabin-in-the-woods feel, but with all the modern amenities (full appliances, DVD player..) We loved the hot tub, and propane fire pit to relax after a day of hiking at Lake Wenatchee (10 min drive). The full kitchen and outdoor grill made for easy home cooking, and we also took advantage of Leavenworth (20 min drive) for some great bars and restaurants.

If you are looking for fully secluded and quiet, this isn't it. There is a large road just outside the fence, and the cabin is one of several within a cul-de-sac. However, inside the house is quite quiet, and the owners have done a fantastic job with the privacy around the hot tub.

This was the perfect blend of feeling like we're in the woods while be central to both outdoor activities and town. The cabin was also very welcoming to our dog, with bowls, treats, and poo bags.

The app was extremely easy for checkin, checkout, and contacting management if necessary. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience.

It's everything it looks like. Great cabin, features, lots of attention to detail to make the stay comfortable, very clean. Bed mattresses are very low quality though. Lots of rules with a multipage contract with restrictions, such as no sleeping on the couch and needing names and bdays of all guest, including just daytime guests. Contract cites lots of potential fines or consequences--never had a strict contract with so many details before with my other rentals.

Thank you for our comments and insight. There are new mattresses being delivered any day now so the beds will be quite fresh and all new within the next week or so. We do not advertise the sofa sleeper as part of the amenities as it is neither easy to use nor comfortable. Since it is not mentioned in the listing it is not something that anyone would be expecting to have use of upon arrival. We do ask for the guest information as we are responsible for sticking to a certain number of guests at all times. Each community is different and there are a great many restrictions on rentals and the rules are becoming more an more strict as nightly rentals are in danger of being banned and extensively regulated. Unfortunately, not everyone acts as a responsible renter and as a result, the industry is suffering the affects of managers and owners not sticking to guest limits. (this leads to parking and garbage issues that have been brought into legals battles all over Chelan county). While we would love to operate all of our contracts with a simple handshake and smile, we simply cannot get away with that, and the bottom line is that the contract really is a common sense agreement. We truly only want to offer our guests an excellent and relaxing time. Our entire team is focused on providing a great experience for each of our guests so that we earn the right to have you back again. We hope that you will come back and take advantage of our return guest discount. Hwy 207 is close by and a little noisy during the day, but was pretty quiet throughout the evening.

My Husband and I stayed at The Peace of Pine Cabin for 4 days For our 31 year Anniversary.
It was just perfect for what we were looking for. We are raising our 3 year old Granddaughter so we are used to not getting to watch the movies we want or even watch TV for that matter. This weekend we enjoyed hours of Movies and Comedians without was surreal.The home was very clean and comfortable. lol

Found the cabin to be very satisfactory. We discovered that most of the lamps in the living room had non-working bulbs so we used light bulbs from the bedrooms. We found some very dirty glasses and bowls in the kitchen cabinets. The wood stove was very efficient and the furniture well appointed. The internet was not working and once we got this reported to management they went to work in a hurry for a quick repair.

Thank you for comments. We have replaced all the bulbs and have a bunch more in storage. That was definitely odd that so many bulbs were out. I wish that someone had contacted us because we would certainly have brought more to you. We are always happy to assist with issues that come up so that you can have a worry free time and simply enjoy all that the cabins have to offer. Had a great stay for Oktoberfest weekend in Leavenworth. Short drive to Leavenworth from the property. Property was nice and comfortable. Property provided coffee. Had plenty of kitchen items for us to prepare meals. The only negative for me was the road noise. There is no cable at the property but did have DVD’s.

Loved this cabin! Had everything we needed and really comfortable! Perfect get away, better then staying directly in Leavenworth.

This little cabin has had a huge transformation over the past couple years. Overall, we had a good time and the property was comfortable. We didnt use the hot tub but it looks nice. The noisy road is a deal breaker for us so we wouldnt rent here again.

Our stay at A Peace of Pine was magical. Upon arriving, we were greeted by snow on the rooftop and icicles hanging from the gutters in a quintessential winter wonderland - just what us city slickers were hoping for on our weekend out in the mountains. From the covered hot tub to the rustic great room to the DVD selection including ageless classics such as What About Bob, everything exceeded our expectations. The rental management staff were very communicative and helpful as well. We will surely be back next time we find ourselves out in Leavenworth.

It' feels just like I want a cabin in the mountains to feel and the hot tub is great. Location is stellar for so many outdoor activities. I'd just say to notice that it's next to a major road and so you hear cars as if you were in a city. That's not a big deal if you're gone playing elsewhere all day. A little weird that the backyard is just dirt and sand.

The cabin was really cute and cozy and served our purposes for the week. However, the air conditioner in the bedroom was incredibly loud. We had to choose between not sleeping well because of the heat, and not sleeping well because of the noise. There was also some dirt piled up on the hot tub and some of the dishes were not very clean. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.

This cabin did not feel like a good value to me. Granted, it was one of the least expensive options in the area, after the nightly pet fee, and the predictable taxes & fees; our nightly rate was closer $230/night (and we opted for the $1000 fully refundable deposit). I don’t mind rustic accommodations, but I felt we over-paid for the place. There is no dishwasher, and only one old, moldy sponge to do dishes with - yuck. The kitchen supplies could use a good edit, and some basics like salt & pepper would be appreciated. The bedding could use an update. We enjoyed the hot tub & the access to National Forest lands.

Overall things were great, but a few things we noticed: the driving directions were not very clear. The landmarks were the same coming from both directions, so, that was confusing. We never saw any signs about Blewett Pass so we were confused about where we were headed. Also...2 59'er Diners makes it confusing as well if you're not from that area.

Hot tub cover was not functioning well, was very hard to get on/off

The handle on the wood stove gets VERY HOT, needs a separate oven mitt or the wood handle replaced.

Kitchen faucet drips constantly.

We were disappointed about the road noise...but not much you can do about that. 🙂

We arrived in a winter wonderland, the cabin is perfectly located within. There are a few neighbors but you still feel secluded. The house was decorated for the season and we felt right at home. After skiing in Stevens or hiking around Wenatchee Lake, soaking in the hut tub was just great. We loved it.

The cabin smelled like smoke/cigarettes. I will not rent this cabin again because of the smell. The couch was not very comfy. I also had to shovel dog poop from in front of the BBQ. We do our best to communicate in many venues that that is absolutely not allowed, but unfortunately some individuals don't like to follow the guidelines/rules and the rest of us have to experience the consequences. I will be alerting the cleaning company to your communication. I am also going to make sure they remind their "shovelers" that it not an option to clean up dog poo IF our prior guests neglected to do so, so as to prevent this happening again. Such a cute and comfy cabin! It was just about perfect for a getaway with my three adult children. It had everything we needed to spend three days over the Christmas holiday. I will say however that the hot tub was not warm enough, and we had difficulty controlling the temperature in the cabin itself. Late on the first night one of the circuits went out and we called for support. No one returned our call, but we were able to find the circuit box and help ourselves. Despite these issues we would return again.

We appreciate your candid review of your stay at A Peace of Pine! We definitely apologize for the issues with the hot tub and temperature control. We will have someone go out and look at that as soon as possible to ensure that something is not the matter. We did not receive a message concerning the circuit box but are glad you able to resolve the issue on your own! We are so glad though that this would not hinder being return guests with us. Great little cabin, close to lake Wenatchee, and leavenworth. Cabin had plenty of room, full kitchen, and a full size hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at A Peace of Pine overall. There were a few things that would have made our stay more enjoyable. The biggest con was that the house is extremely dark. We literally had to use a flashlight to find articles in our suitcases and articles in the cupboards. Also, we would have appreciated more places to lay out our things. There were no dressers in the bedrooms other than a nightstand. Some hooks on the inside of the bathroom would have helped. One closet door was off the track when we arrived, and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall while we were there. It is an old cabin, so some of this is expected, but for the price we paid, we were a little disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to send in your review Vicki, your input is very helpful and we have sent your comments on to the owner. We have since had the closet door repaired and will look into a dresser for the closet and some additional hooks. The house has had many lamps added to the space and hopefully it will help enhance the "light" feel of the home. This was exactly what I envisioned when I rented a vacation cabin. It was a little too close to the highway for me. Also, 1) The washing machine was inoperable, planned on washing things. 2) Hot tub had no water in it.

Hi Zach, we appreciate you reporting the hot tub leak, it was repaired immediately at your departure as it was a simple gasket that needed to be replaced. Our guests input and suggestions are always helpful and the combo w/d unit was removed from the home to avoid any further confusion as we never advertised the home to have a w/d but the dryer on the unit was operable and so that is why it was on site for fluffing towels, and the like. It was a positive experience. We enjoyed the location which was close to The Brown Family Homestead which was where my nephew's wedding was. The cabin was warm an inviting. BUT, there was only one roll of toilet paper for three women, the coffee pot had not been cleaned still had the grounds from the previous user, and only one bar of complimentary soap. Just feedback. Needed a place to stay while stopping off to do some exploring and hiking in the cascades. This cabin was perfect location and had everything we needed. It is charming, comfortable and well equipped. The only upgrade I would recommend is bigger coffee mugs.

Overall our 5 night stay was very comfortable and we didn't really need anything except for food. One main issue we had was the lack of privacy. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but the blinds and curtains in the house did not give enough privacy. At night when it was dark outside and our lights were on, you could still see inside even with the blinds closed and curtains pulled. If that wasn't an issue, everything would have been perfect!

Overall good experience. My husband is home on leave and we rented this cabin for our 3rd anniversary before he goes back for another few months. On our first day we were reading through the guest book where guests leave comments about their stay. We came across a note from a couple saying they "caused all sorts of debauchery" and "left "stains to prove it". I don't understand why this was not removed from the book by the owner or rental company. Made us feel very uncomfortable about sleeping in the bed. The linens could have been cleaner, had a lot of stains includung one that looked like urine on the white down comforter. Everything else was clean and after getting passed the note we read we had a good time.

That particular note has not been brought to our attention prior to this and we will immediately remove it as it definitely appears to have been written in bad taste. We will also replace the comforter and discuss with our cleaning company about closer inspection of the linens when the sheets are changed between guests. We loved the cabin and the location, however, the outside was a bit run down looking, patio furniture was worn and unsteady, sitting on a downhill slope so you had to watch out or fall backwards. The "fire pit" was actually a very small patio fire bowl. At first glance, the hot tub looked old and shabby but once we lifted the cover, we saw that it was a beautiful, new, hot tub, it was just the surrounding structure that looked worn. We enjoyed the cabin so much, we would go back and we would also recommend it to others with the caveat that there are neighbors right next to them and they would be better off bringing their own outdoor seating if they wanted to sit outdoors. Simply put, it would be lovely if the outside condition matched the inside condition!

What a wonderful little cabin. The picture of the living room is a little outdated. There is a very comfy new couch with a pull out bed and to very comfy chairs. The cabin was clean, cozy, warm and very inviting. I brought my family of 5 to go skiing and it was perfect for us. There needs a little more lighting in the kitchen above the table. Also, we were there four days during an epic snow storm. The WSDOT plowed the road every day we were there but their plow blocked us in. So I had to dig out the driveway each morning. The contractor that clears snow in the driveway for Comfy Cabins only came one day. With all the snow he really needed to come every day. But all in all it was a wonderful time.

I had an amazing time here at Peace of Pine. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the cabin while on our first anniversary weekend getaway. The cabin is close to lake wenatchee which has many trails around for easy enjoyable trail walks/hikes if you bring a pack with you, and off on the main road we were able to see the stars, even caught a glimpse of a shooting star. Next time I vacation in leavenworth I will definitely be renting from NW Comfy Cabins!

A wonderful place. Loved the home. Only catch is that they verbally promise a 10% discount for return customers, but in the fine print they don't honor it on "holidays or festivals" which are fairly common and generally coincide with your vacation plans. Other than that they were very understanding. We even broke a glass and they were cool about it.
