All About the Lake is a spacious two-story retreat perched on the north shore of Lake Wenatchee, designed for unforgettable family getaways. LIVING SPACE:
On the main floor, enjoy a warm and cozy atmosphere with a wood stove, panoramic lake views, and a simple, functional layout. The living and dining areas flow together, with seating for six at the table and two more at the breakfast bar. Downstairs, the “beach level” features a second living area with a sleeper sofa, wood fireplace, and kitchenette—ideal for extended families or multi-generational stays.

FOR WINTER GUESTS: Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD vehicle with traction tires are necessary. We highly recommend carrying chains for all vehicles.

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

This is our third year in this house. We take turns booking it because it’s the best. Great deck and dock, plus they have a hot tub. Host is very communicative. I was worried about the nearby fire but we were very lucky and had some beautiful smoke free days. Host provided two air purifiers for indoors to help with the smoke, and we also brought our own. They were also flexible with me waffling back and forth about bringing my dog. I did end up bringing her since she was on medications. If you do bring your dog, be aware that there are no fences and the neighbor has a free roaming, somewhat reactive dog.

It was so great having our daughters dogs with us on this vacation. We enjoy being able to just go down to the water and float around on the paddleboard we brought with us. The top deck was so great also. We had a ton of room to spread out with all the family we had there. Would recommend for sure!

Beautiful place right on the lake.

Beautiful place right on the lake. We spent most of the vacation just floating on tubes around the dock. All the bedrooms were decent size with larger comfy beds. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds which was great. Both bathrooms looked like they were updated recently. Huge deck with lots of seating made the mornings and evenings a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The only thing that would have made it a bit better were the grounds around the dock and the dock itself needed to be maintained. The brush was so overgrown it was hard to walk down to the water. We popped one tube and several people tripped on docks screws that were not fully seated. With that said, we would still go back and stay there again. It was an amazing location.

We’re thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed the lakefront setting — floating around the dock, relaxing on the large deck, and settling into those comfy king bedrooms all sound like the perfect getaway. We enjoyed a lovely few days here, and even on the days the weather didn’t cooperate to be on the water we had everything we needed to enjoy the view from the deck or park it on the couch for a few World Cup games on the TV. The location is great, it was really nice to be on such a quiet end of the lake.

We had a great time at the lake cabin! There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids, and the view was beautiful. The neighbor was very friendly and even let us borrow kayak and life jackets, which made the stay extra special. Just be prepared for lots of mosquitoes, especially in the evening.

I had an amazing stay at this lakeside Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and even better than the photos. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning—waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip. I loved relaxing on the deck in the evenings and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. NW Comfy Cabins were welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a serene getaway with beautiful scenery, this is the perfect spot. This is such a magical spot. The water is beautiful and the little pebble spot to ease in along with the dock was perfect. We would love to come back when it wasn’t as windy, the day we left it was so beautiful and the lake was like glass with the mountainous backdrop. Incredible! Absolutely beautiful location! The deck was a great place to hang out during the early mornings and evenings! This was a great pet friendly home which made traveling with our 2 dogs a breeze! The lake access was great to swim and throw a stick for our pups to go swimming! Would advise using caution on the dock for fear of slivers and stubbed toes with lifted nails. However, the dock was enjoyable to relax on and swim from if the water was a bit warmer during our stay! Home was fairly clean- minus a few dishes that needed to be cleaned prior to use and some dusty areas with cobwebs but as far as clean linens and bathrooms we had zero complaints! We would definitely come back in the future!

Waterfront location, large dock, and INCREDIBLE views.

Our group of 5 adults, 2 children and a dog LOVED this home for our 5 day stay. There was ample parking for our party’s 2 cars and 16 foot trailer (7 kayaks, 2 SUPs, 4 crash pads). The sleeping arrangements were exactly as described and very comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. But what makes this home so special is the waterfront location, large dock, and INCREDIBLE views. Sitting on the deck looking at the surrounding mountains was like being in the Alps. The view across the lake was untouched NFS land - pristine and gorgeous. This is a very special spot and we cannot wait to return.

Great view, comfortable house. Great outdoor spaces and loved using the boat dock. Mosquitos are very prevalent but seems like that is an issue in the whole area. House is as described but the view was even better in person!

Excellent place if you want lakeside with private dock. Beautiful deck with gas grill and lot of comfy seating. Gorgeous view. 4 bedrooms. Really Nice first floor fun room with TV and shuffle board table. We stayed here memorial weekend and high was 79 degrees so inside temperature was fine. Did not need to use the portable AC but probably necessary in upstairs master in summer. Enjoyed streaming Netflix and Amazon prime. Great for our family of 5. We brought our paddle boards, amazing and peaceful. Only con- bring bug spray and be prepared to be bit when you arrive, inside the house. Then after you are unloaded and all inside, take time to kill the mosquitoes. Not sure how this can be ameliorated? Perhaps the price of being lakeside in this area??

Stayed here with friends for a weekend trip and the lake and view were INCREDIBLE! The house itself had very comfortable beds but I would say that the kitchen and other areas were a little outdated. Still very functional though and the hot tub was lovely to sit out and watch the sunset. We also really appreciated the deck with the fire table. Overall really great stay.

The title of the home “All About the Lake” says it all - the view from this home is absolutely astonishing and it was so peaceful. We loved sitting in the hot tub or spending time on the large deck looking out at the lake! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. It was a very cozy cabin feel that had us feeling nostalgic. We would love to stay again. Just a note if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking, they had basics at the home but you may want to bring Tupperware and spices from home.

Our extended family enjoyed staying together in one house. The best part is being right on the lake...like the name says. The three oldest grandkids brought their paddleboards, and it seemed we had the lake to ourselves. The beautiful view (from the huge back deck) of the lake right below and the mountain across on the other side is the best feature of this house. The house has a nice open floor plan upstairs with high ceilings with exposed ceiling beams and a large fireplace. The easy access from the back yard to the dock is a plus. We enjoyed a trip to the very picturesque town of Leavenworth about 30 minutes away. One granddaughter & son-in-law enjoyed a trail ride on horses at a nearcorral. Make sure to bring bug spray for mosquitos.

I stayed at “About the Lake” cabin during Oktoberfest in Leavenworth. It was beautiful weather and the cabin offered a very relaxing escape from the bustle of the festival. The cabin is easy to find and extremely cozy. The outdoor space is really the selling point with expansive views, hot tub, and fireplace. Inside is nice with comfy beds and a refurbished downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

The view from the deck was spectacular

Our family spent a long holiday weekend here and it was great. The house was quite cozy, beds were very comfortable and the multiple seating areas made it great for us to lounge. It was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults, 1 small child and a couple of dogs. The view from the deck was spectacular and the dock was an asset to enjoy the lake from our boat. The hot tub got a lot of use as did the BBQ. We especially appreciated the little gate separating the downstairs from the main floor for the little one and the pups. We had an issue with low to no water pressure and called the management company. They had a maintenance guy out within 2 hours (on a Sun., Labor Day weekend) and the problem was resolved; very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying at this lake home with your friends and family!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was absolutely spotless, had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach towels, very comfortable beds with cozy linens. The ice maker wasn’t working so bring ice if needed. It rained the first day and a half but the large covered outdoor area and fire table were a bonus with 3 kids. Setting was outstanding. Dock was great, lake was crystal clear and refreshing. The street is quiet and walkable with our dog. Very easy find, fairly close to Leavenworth, about 30 minutes. Checkout was easy, not as much to do as many other places we’ve stayed. Host was helpful and responsive when I called to ask for a longer stay as we were having so much fun. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Location!

Beautiful location, right on the lake. Easy access to Leavenworth and plenty of space inside the cabin for large groups. We had seven in our party but could have fit a couple more. They also have a cabinet of board games and puzzles, which were great when we got snowed in one day. I will say there are some spots where I'm guessing the insulation is uneven since there are cold spots in the house, and plan for the steep driveway during winter. Also could have used more toilet paper for the number of guests we had, but the town wasn't far so we were able to buy. The manager was very responsive and helpful too. I would stay again!

Beautiful location with an amazing dock to launch kayaks & SUPS. The house was quite cozy, beds were very comfortable and the multiple seating areas made it great for us to lounge in after a long day of playing on the lake. So close to Leavenworth!!

Comfortable home with stunning location

This home is truly amazing. Since it is at the end of the lake, there were very few other people around, and the view of snowscape mountains was remarkable. Unfortunately the lake was too cold for swimming when we were there in June, but my kids had fun paddling around the shore and my elderly parents spent the whole time on the deck watching the view. My mom keeps asking when we can go back. Perfect for our family.

Seeing how beautiful this place is, we ended up staying in most of the time enjoying the magnificent views and family time.

We came here thinking that we would spend most of our time in Leavenworth and the surrounding areas. But seeing how beautiful this place is, we ended up staying in most of the time enjoying the magnificent views and spending time with the family. We are going back with beautiful memories and hope to be back. We were six couples one infant and a golden retriever, who had tons of fun jumping in the lake.

The place was very quiet, we have seen only rare boats and a couple neighbors. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The lake was ok to jump into, but not warm enough to swim for more than a minute. Hot tub, shuffleboard table and puddle boat were a very nice addition to our vacation.

Beautiful views!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin! The views on a bluebird day are simply incredible. We even turned the furniture around so that we could sit in the living room and enjoy the winter landscape.We were told there\'s parking for two cars in winter and that\'s true if you park on the road, but you can easily park 3-4 cars down the driveway (make sure you have autosocks or chains because it might be hard to get out if the steep driveway is iced over).

Lovely Family Weekend

It was a lovely time with our family. The house was perfect and clean. It is rare that places that allow pets are so nice and clean. The location was perfect. The neighbors were quiet. We did not want to leave.Bring ice. There are no trays. Also, the fan runs constantly for the hvac. Just be aware to turn it off if it is too much.

We love staying at NW Comfy Cabins! We have been staying in their cabins for over 10 plus years! This beautiful lake cabin was so amazing. Very beautiful mornings watching the glossy lake against the snow capped mountains. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and big family room with fire place where we played games and enjoyed each other! We also spent time in Leavenworth for the annual lighting festival which was just the best way to kick off Christmas! We will see you again and soon!

Getting the family together for a great vacation!

The Chicago part of our family traveled to the Seattle area where 2 of my 3 adult children live and we met up at \"All About the Lake\" on Lake Wenatchee. It was an amazing few days enjoying the beautiful scenery and wonderful house and creating happy and fun family memories. We rented a boat and jet skis from Full Throttle boats and they delivered them to the lake for us. We had a blast playing on the lake despite the cool water. We relaxed at the house and enjoyed being together for the meals that we usually ate on the deck so we could soak in the beautiful scenery. The house is located on the calmer side of the lake, although it was further from the boat launch. The house was perfect for our gathering giving us space to be together and also places to chill. We would definitely love to stay at the house if we came back to the area because it is \"all about the lake!\"

Great getaway!

Property was just as pictured, clean and well-maintained. We ran out of propane on the outdoor fireplace and they were quick to respond and get us a new tank. I would definitely recommend this place to others. We will definitely think about coming back again for a family vacation.

Thanksgiving Family retreat

A great location with wonderful scenery and well maintained and supplied. We were able to fix a full feast in the kitchen as a family. The only problem is that the stairs as steep and proved hard for the youngest and elder and the dog.

It was very comfortable

Our family spent a weekend at "All About The Lake" It was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of comfy seating (5 seats w/ recliners) for watching movies and the view from the deck was spectacular. There was a gate on the stairs and on the deck which made it safe for the little ones.

The Cabin was absolutely lovely. As promised, the views were definitely all about the lake! As far as cabins go, this one was well cleaned, stocked up on cooking utensils, and had plenty of hang out spots. We especially appreciate the little gate separating the downstairs loft from the main floor to protect our pup.
We tried to move check-in by one night as a snow storm was in effect and travel was not advised, but this was not approved. Note, if you're traveling during heavy snow season with multiple cars the drive way may not be cleared in time for check in. It's a steep way down, but as long as you're all able you can slide your way down. There is technically 1 car spot guest parking before the drive way, but the neighbors are quite aggressive so mentally prepare. Otherwise it really was a lovely cabin. I would definitely stay again during non-snow seasons.

Great location! Comfortable home! Rooms were spacious and nice! Mosquitoes were very bad in June and the lake was freezing !!
Watch out for the neighbor to the right. She came on our deck and demanded our boat trailer get moved. We were having breakfast and she yelled at us through the glass. Our boat trailer was parked on the road in a sanctioned parking spot. She claimed we were blocking her driveway. We proceeded to move our boat trailer and talked to her as nicely as we could. She then called Comfy Cabins and complained even though we did what she asked. Then she proceeded to let her dog roam on the property without our permission.
Comfy cabins worked hard to accommodate us and apologized for the neighbor, who we were told is a common problem.
As long as you are aware of the neighbor and park under the car park. You should not have any problems and will enjoy your stay.
Comfy Cabins, we will be back despite the neighbor!

Overall, the house is beautiful. The door going out to the deck is so loud that it would wake everyone up. The Airbnb was out of some basic things such as salt and aluminum foil so that was a bummer. The view was gorgeous, the hot tub was nice!

The views were gorgeous and balcony was perfect. It was our annual family vacation, we added 2 family members to our family, my grandson who turned 4 months on our trip, my granddaughter who is 3 months, beautiful house. The driveway is very hard to enter with a truck but other than that home is perfect. Only setback was mosquitoes were a nightmare and with 2 small infants we didn’t get to spend much outside. We still enjoyed our vacation. I would highly recommend.

This cabin is in a beautiful lakeside location. It has a beautiful terrace from the second floor overlooking the lake and a hot tub on the first floor also overlooking the lake. The rooms were clean and everything was perfect. Perfect for 4-5 couples or less if some have kids. This was one of our very best Airbnb stays ever!

The cabin's lakefront location is amazing and our group of 6 enjoyed a weekend trip here. It was a short drive away from Lake Wenatchee and a winery in Plain, and just a half hour away from Leavenworth or Steven's Pass.
The cabin does feel a bit dated and neglected. The stove's vent hood doesn't work. Many of the drawers are pretty disorganized and some kitchen essentials weren't available (like a large baking sheet).
