It was spendy due to the fact that we booked in July, but the property was immaculate. It's only a couple of minutes drive from the heart of Leavenworth. The pool & hot tub were both perfect. The fences aren't tall, but there's plenty of privacy. The amenities were top notch & the host provided almost everything that you can think of at the house to make our stay perfect. The A/C is POWERFUL and will chill you off no matter even if it's 106 degrees...which it was when we visited. The house is huge and the beds, especially in the master, are just what you need after a full day of swimming on galivanting around town to do activities. Even with the peak season pricing, we wouldn't hesitate to book again at the same time next year. We loved the place & will encourage friends & family to book here as well.

Hot tub was great, and the fireplace was nice.

Location was convenient, although in winter with snow on the ground it is a far walk to downtown.

But the grocery store and downtown were only a few minutes drive away.

The master bedroom mattress may need an upgrade, but overall amazing place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay!! We were all super comfortable, and the back yard was an oasis for a summer getaway! The pool is fantastic, as was the hot tub. We played for hours every day, which is exactly why we chose this home. Our group had a super memorable trip. Spending time in Leavenworth was easy, and there are major grocery stores just a couple minutes easy drive from the house. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. The host was proactive in alerting us to a minor issue with the half bath before we arrived, and everything else was great!! We hope to stay again sometime!

Great place to stay with all the amenities needed for a fun family trip . Kitchen had all the utensils and dishes needed for cooking and serving . They were quick to answer any questions i had which i appreciate. The pool was great but beware if you are with kids it had a very quick deep drop so be careful. Overall this is a solid house. A few things could use some TLC. The bathrooms are all due for updates/painting but still totally functional. We couldn’t get any of the windows that slide up/down to stay open in the bedrooms. The AC didn’t work upstairs so we def needed fans which were provided The highlight is the yard. The pool, hot tub and hang out area are all perfect! Kitchen was well stocked and main living room made for a fun hang out space. Location is 7 min to town. The road isn’t super walkable but there is river access not far, maybe a 5 min walk. All in all, it’s a little pricey for the lack of updated features but the pool makes up for it.

6 min drive from Leavenworth, place felt larger live

We had a great time at the accommodation. Only a 6 min drive from Leavenworth, place felt larger live than in the pictures online, we could easily fit our party of 8 adults. The kitchen had all the amenities and supplies needed. The pool was easy to use, clear instructions and the house even had a storage area with noodles and inflatable ring. Note that events like parties, bachelor/ette, birthdays and others are not allowed, something we missed in the agreement/listing info when booking the house.

Fun weekend with family & friends!

We had a lovely weekend here. The house was well set up for our group, with everyone having space to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic cooking supplies (spices, oils, etc) as well as pans and utensils. The pool was a favorite part of the weekend with many hours of water play, while the parents hung out in the rocking chairs. Definitely a favorite place that we will return to again in the future!

Our stay was very comfortable and the home was clean and well organized. There were lots of amenities, including extra towels for the pool. We originally had a condo but had to switch to the other location, which was a little ways away from the town of Leavenworth, but still close enough to get into town walking if you wanted to.

It’s walkable to downtown if you’re in the mood for a longer walk (~1.5 mi) and fine for driving/parking in winter conditions. Would stay again!

Very nice house for a family or several couples. very clean. well stocked for the most part but couldn\'t find a pizza cutter. very clean bathrooms. very few spare towels for the 3 nights we were there but maybe we could have asked for more if we needed them. nice having a hot tub . there is a pool but of course didn\'t use that since it\'s winter but looked nice with a slide. good location with an easy drive to grocery and into town.

My family of 5 stayed here for my son and husbands June birthdays. This house is amazing!! Such a great location, 3 min drive to both town and Safeway for anything you may need. The house is really nice and so well stocked. As a professional baker and person who loves to cook, the kitchen had everything you could need to create a great holiday meal. I really appreciate all the spices and little extras like cleaning supplies and pool toys. The beds are super comfortable, and the house is designed really well. Kids could watch TV upstairs while adults watch a movie downstairs. There was only 5 of us, but It would be great even for a bigger family, as we didn\'t even use 3 of the rooms. The pool in the back is wonderful. It was 85-90 degrees when we stayed, so the pool was the best part. We loved that the deep end was actually deep. Most pools are only about 6 feet or so, this ones deep end was at least 10ft. Our family loves to swim, so this was one of the best pools we have been to. I also love that they have a top lock and alarm on the door leading out to the pool area. As a mother with two small children, this was a nice touch. My family and I all agreed that this was one of our best trips and are thinking of making this home a new birthday trip tradition. Thank you for sharing such a gem with the rest of us to enjoy.

More Than Enough Room!

This place had everything that we needed. We took our 2 year old with us and enjoyed a nice warm day at the pool and they had pool floaties and even a portable crib and high chair to feed the little one. Just a 3-4 minute drive to town, just far away enough to have some privacy and peace and quiet. but close enough to run into town if you needed anything. hot tub was very enjoyable at night after all the activities. The place was very clean and spacious, More than enough room for our family. If you go in the summer while it is really hot, AC will be of no shortage! overall, this was beyond a great time, time and money well spent! highly recommended anytime of year for Leavenworth

Very Clean!

The house was as it is described in the listing. It was very clean. The kitchen had the basic things we need to cook and enjoy our time there. The fireplace and the hot tub were really good. We will consider coming back to enjoy the pool which was closed due to the season.

A comfortable house

It was a comfortable house just minutes from downtown Leavenworth. The private pool was lovely but unheated so just be prepared for pretty chilly swimming, even on hot days. It was nice to be able to go back and forth between the hot tub and pool and sun loungers. When we arrived, towels were still in the dryer and the house was out of both dishwasher soap and propane for the grill, but the management company was responsive when we raised it. The only disappointment was lack of games, DVDs and other touches you often see at other vacation rentals. I’d recommend, but just bring your own entertainment!

The layout of this house is perfect for families.

The layout of this house is perfect for families. There is plenty of room to all be together, but also places to take a break from each other. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. There are also 2.5 baths, even though the listing said 1.5. The pool is large and can be enjoyed everyone. There is even a small yard where the kids could play. It is all fenced in and felt very private.

Clean spacious home. Hot tub during the winter weather was a plus. Close to town to enjoy all activities in the main area. Only downfall we experienced was we expected queen beds but they truly were full sized beds for those listed as queens. Kitchen is well stocked making it easy for cooking meals. Overall a wonderful stay!

The house was great for our party of 8. Jacuzzi was really nice after a day of activity although the early close was unfortunate. The pillows were a little lumpy but overall everything was clean and comfortable. On our last night you could watch the towns fireworks from the back porch. All in all a great stay.

The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent most of our time outside, playing lawn games, swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the hot tub. The pool was not heated, but was wonderful and refreshing in the 80 degree weather! We will definitely be back!

I think this is the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed at. It was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, the hot tub had an amazing peek-a-boo view of the gorgeous mountains, the four bedrooms were a bonus. This house is so big, we never even sat or hung out in a few of the rooms. The pool was an added bonus, although it's too early in the season to use it. I was there for a hiking group trip and it was absolutely perfect. You also can't beat the location to town. A little too far to walk but it only takes maybe 4 minutes to drive there.

Great place to stay near downtown Leavenworth. Pretty much walkable to town, a mile or 2 away. Very quiet area with a wonderful backyard and beautiful mountain view from the master bedroom. Great spot for a big group with plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Property was clean, well equipped and met our needs for 6 adults and one child. It could easily have accommodated more but is restricted to 8 people. The nearest supermarket was a 5 minute drive; downtown Leavenworth around 15 minutes depending on traffic - which could be heavy. The road into downtown doesn't have a sidewalk and has a number of bends - not really walkable, especially after a heavy snow. We had a foot of snow one night. No crew came by that we know of but the property did have a snow blower that we used to clear the driveway. The propane for the grill appeared to run out after 20 minutes of cooking but we used the gas for the fire to finish the job. A full bottle was delivered later in the day. I wish they had a meat thermometer but otherwise, they had everything you might need. Overall, a great stay with a couple of minor quibbles.
