Escape to the idyllic Family Cabin (Permit ?000186), strategically located to provide ample space for your loved ones to gather and create enduring memories that will remain a colorful part of your lifelong story.
The kitchen itself is a chef's dream, offering a wide-open, bright, and spacious layout with a 6-burner gas range and 2 ovens. There's plenty of prep space, allowing all the cooks in your group to come together and compose scrumptious meals that will excite each of your guests. Whether seated indoors at the dining table or outdoors around the pool, all your guests will appreciate the culinary delights created in this well-equipped kitchen.
The home is adorned with a private seasonal "motel" sized swimming pool, providing an ideal location for sunny days of lounging on or beside the pool. Rest confidently in the knowledge that the youngsters are secured in a private fenced yard while you relax, sipping from a pitcher of your own creations.
The main floor features a convenient "mudroom entry" into the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, along with an extra refrigerator. This floor also provides a master bedroom with a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a 5-piece en-suite master bath, including a soaking tub. Ascend to the second floor, where three private bedrooms await, two of which offer a queen bed. The third private room features two queen beds and two twin beds. Each of these three bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower. A common open space on the same level offers two additional twin beds and a cozy spot for the little ones to watch TV and hang out.
Close to the quaint town of Plain, you might want to slip away to the nearby "Plain Winery" and tasting room for a simple evening out. Be sure to stop by the famous "Plain Hardware" for an espresso and some fabulous trinkets to remember your trip by.
This family-style home has lots of room to play and is the perfect home base for your visit to our beautiful area.

There are no vehicle restrictions on vehicle types for spring/summer/fall for cabin access. Winter guests please see cautionary notes below:
Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is ice/snow on the ground and a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended.
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
Communication was great, very friendly as well. Didn’t have any issues with the actual house and basic utilities were provided.
We liked the large kitchen and 12-chair dining area. The living room has a large TV with numerous services like You Tube. Hot tub was popular with all our group.

by EllieThis was a special weekend away for my birthday. My husband, 2 grown children & their spouses along with 4 of our grandkids were present. The house was plenty large enough & allowed everyone to sleep comfortably without using couches or pull outs! The large OPEN kitchen was well stocked and provided plenty of space for 3 Momma’s to cook and prepare snacks like synchronized swimmers! Babies were bellied up to the breakfast bar doing art projects & eating snacks all weekend! The large dining area was much appreciated!! We all were able to eat meals together & enjoy family game nights in total comfort! In short, this was a very family friendly COMFORTABLE home & we were lacking for nothing! The hot tub was a nice place to unwind at night, as well! Side note… SUPER COOL Viking stove for those culinary nerds like myself!
The property was well kept and the location is very peaceful.

by DustinThe Leavenworth retreat was exactly as described. Private and off the beaten path. it's actually closer to Plain, than Leavenworth. it has plenty of space for your group or family, and a nice pool and hot tub to enjoy.

Pool was PERFECT, as was hot tub. 10 minutes from Plain and 25 from Leavenworth. The host was easy to get in touch with, super responsive. We would totally stay there again!

The house and yard were exactly as described and shown. We loved having the yard and extra space for the kids to enjoy.

by Roger AndrusThe house worked out very well for us. Although is was fairly warm (+/- 90's) we managed well with the portable A/C units and fans. If we come back next year we will bring more fans. Pool was great, especially the large shallow in for the little ones. Could not get the gas firepit to work ?. Definitely considering returning next year. Thanks.
