Escape to the idyllic Family Cabin (Permit #?000186), strategically located to provide ample space for your loved ones to gather and create enduring memories that will remain a colorful part of your lifelong story.

The kitchen itself is a chef's dream, offering a wide-open, bright, and spacious layout with a 6-burner gas range and 2 ovens. There's plenty of prep space, allowing all the cooks in your group to come together and compose scrumptious meals that will excite each of your guests. Whether seated indoors at the dining table or outdoors around the pool, all your guests will appreciate the culinary delights created in this well-equipped kitchen.

The home is adorned with a private seasonal "motel" sized swimming pool, providing an ideal location for sunny days of lounging on or beside the pool. Rest confidently in the knowledge that the youngsters are secured in a private fenced yard while you relax, sipping from a pitcher of your own creations.

The main floor features a convenient "mudroom entry" into the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, along with an extra refrigerator. This floor also provides a master bedroom with a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a 5-piece en-suite master bath, including a soaking tub. Ascend to the second floor, where three private bedrooms await, two of which offer a queen bed. The third private room features two queen beds and two twin beds. Each of these three bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower. A common open space on the same level offers two additional twin beds and a cozy spot for the little ones to watch TV and hang out.

Close to the quaint town of Plain, you might want to slip away to the nearby "Plain Winery" and tasting room for a simple evening out. Be sure to stop by the famous "Plain Hardware" for an espresso and some fabulous trinkets to remember your trip by.

This family-style home has lots of room to play and is the perfect home base for your visit to our beautiful area.

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is ice/snow on the ground and a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended.

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

Girls weekend get-a-way

It was a wonderful house for a girls weekend get-a-way to celebrate my sister who is getting married the following weekend. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having on-suites with showers for each of the 4 bedrooms, the kitchen and living areas were spacious for gathering. We loved using the pool, hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. We visited a nearby winery. Only downside was it takes a while to get into downtown Leavenworth, about 30 min. Thanks for a great weekend!

We loved the Family Cabin!

We loved the Family Cabin. It had almost everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-stocked. There were four portable A/C units, so even in the July heat, we had a cool place for some downtime. Our group was 7 adults and four children, and each family had their own room and bathroom, which was amazing. We had a great time! We\'ll be booking for next year for sure.

The house worked out very well for us. Although is was fairly warm (+/- 90's) we managed well with the portable A/C units and fans. If we come back next year we will bring more fans. Pool was great, especially the large shallow in for the little ones. Could not get the gas firepit to work ?. Definitely considering returning next year. Thanks.

This cabin is great for multiple families - plenty of space. The living room, kitchen, and dining area is good for hanging out. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms have extra beds. The main floor bedroom and bath are also spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool too. Good location, quiet area and reasonably close to Leavenworth downtown (30 min drive).

Property was spacious and very clean. The house was well stocked and provided everything that we needed. The main floor was updated though the upstairs bedrooms have not been updated but everything was very clean. The pool has seen better days and is situated near trees that dropped debris. We needed to clean often. but this did not stop us from enjoying it. Overall this house was very enjoyable.

We had an amazing time: great group of people, heat and pool. The house had everything it needed. And that’s why I am giving it a 4 star review: we enjoyed our stay very much. A few things to mention: the amount of paperwork we had to fill out almost implied we were checking into a 4 Seasons. Not that that’s what we were looking for! We also did not expect to find a cabin that was rocking some serious 70s vibe: green carpets everywhere, including dining room, carpets in bathrooms. It seemed very clean, but felt like superficially clean. How can you have fully clean surfaces with carpets in the most Potentially soiled areas? One other mention: the house doesn’t have central AC, each room has a fan and main area portable AC. It was just hot to sleep: imagine eastern WA temp in the summer with no AC. That might be the investment worth making. Otherwise, it was a fun getaway. Management was responsive and helpful.

We stayed at Family Cabin for New Year's Eve and spent wonderful time with family. We really enjoyed the location, surrounded by trees and snow. The cabin was very comfy and very well maintained. The photos don't show how lovely it is. It's 30 minutes driving from Leavenworth and the road is so pretty too. If you're thinking about in renting a large cabin (we were 13 persons sleeping very comfortable), this is the cabin for you and your family or friends.
