OVERVIEW:
Welcome to the Farmhouse in Plain (STR Permit #000638), a classic country retreat set in scenic Beaver Valley near the mountain community of Plain.
With 1,800 square feet of open, sunlit living space, two private bedrooms, an additional queen sleeping nook, and two full bathrooms, the farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
Outside, a large grassy yard, spacious back deck, propane firepit, and private hot tub give everyone plenty of room to enjoy the mountain setting. Spend the day exploring Lake Wenatchee, Leavenworth, or Stevens Pass, then come home for dinner on the deck and an evening soak under the stars.

LIVING SPACE:
The great room welcomes you with cathedral ceilings, knotty pine accents, and an open-concept layout designed for spending time together.
Comfortable seating provides room for the group to relax around the smart TV, with streaming and DVD options available.
Upstairs, a lofted gathering area provides another place for board games, reading, or simply spreading out after a day of adventure.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to dinner for the group.

The sleeping nook is open to the surrounding loft area rather than enclosed as a private bedroom.

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is ice/snow on the ground and a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended.
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

by JenniferWhat a lovely weekend we had enjoying this lovely home and the nature surrounding it. It was great to see toys in the upstairs play area for kids and the beds were clean and comfortable! The property is well maintained and the hot tub was an additional awesome feature. We got to see a family of deer as our family soaked and watched on. We would love to come back someday!

We had a great relaxing weekend! The farm house was clean and well stocked, check in and check out was simple. One thing I was not expecting was the smell in the house, it had a paint or primer smell due to some renovations done in a few spot throughout the house. But overall it was a great stay with nice views and great location. The hot tub was amazing and well maintained.

The setting is serene and just the right distance from both Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee — close enough for adventures, yet tucked away enough to fully relax and enjoy nature.Our group included three generations — myself, my son and daughter-in-law, their sweet 3-month-old baby, my niece, and the family dog — and this space truly had something for everyone. We made wonderful memories here: quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, afternoon walks, and cozy evenings together. The house is not only well-equipped and clean, but filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and memorable.Thank you for creating such a welcoming space for families to reconnect and recharge.
