Welcome to Farmhouse in Plain, a spacious 1,800 sq. ft. getaway near Lake Wenatchee and Leavenworth. With 2 private bedrooms, 3 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, a private hot tub, propane firepit, BBQ, and large grassy yard, there is plenty of room for up to six guests to relax and enjoy the quieter side of the mountains.
Spend your days exploring Lake Wenatchee, Leavenworth, or Stevens Pass. Come home to dinner on the deck, games in the loft, or an evening soak under the stars.

THE SPACE
The open great room features cathedral ceilings, knotty pine accents, and plenty of natural light. Comfortable seating surrounds the smart TV, making it an easy place to gather after a day outside.
Upstairs, the loft provides another casual gathering space for games, reading, or simply spreading out.

The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter and prep space for meals at home. The dining table seats six, and French doors make it easy to take meals outside to the deck.

The farmhouse sleeps up to six guests with two private bedrooms and one open sleeping nook:

Please note: The third queen bed is located in an open nook connected to the upstairs loft area. It is not an enclosed private bedroom.

Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is ice/snow on the ground and a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended.
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

by JenniferWhat a lovely weekend we had enjoying this lovely home and the nature surrounding it. It was great to see toys in the upstairs play area for kids and the beds were clean and comfortable! The property is well maintained and the hot tub was an additional awesome feature. We got to see a family of deer as our family soaked and watched on. We would love to come back someday!
We enjoyed our stay, had no problems with the home, and the hosts were very responsive.

Great property for what we needed. Great location for hiking, biking, etc. Plenty of room for 6 guests. would have liked an outside table that sat 6 (only had 4) but not a big deal.

We had a great relaxing weekend! The farm house was clean and well stocked, check in and check out was simple. One thing I was not expecting was the smell in the house, it had a paint or primer smell due to some renovations done in a few spot throughout the house. But overall it was a great stay with nice views and great location. The hot tub was amazing and well maintained.

The setting is serene and just the right distance from both Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee — close enough for adventures, yet tucked away enough to fully relax and enjoy nature.Our group included three generations — myself, my son and daughter-in-law, their sweet 3-month-old baby, my niece, and the family dog — and this space truly had something for everyone. We made wonderful memories here: quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, afternoon walks, and cozy evenings together. The house is not only well-equipped and clean, but filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and memorable.Thank you for creating such a welcoming space for families to reconnect and recharge.
