Welcome to Maple Leaf Lodge (Permit #000166), a tranquil family mountain retreat nestled near the north shore of Lake Wenatchee, strategically positioned between Leavenworth Village and Steven's Pass. Situated on a sprawling one-acre property, our lodge combines quietude, spaciousness, and comfort to provide a delightful escape for your mountain getaway.
Our family-friendly abode boasts a private swimming pool operational from Memorial Day Weekend through the end of September, offering a refreshing haven for warm summer days. Additionally, a covered six-person private hot tub welcomes relaxation year-round, complemented by a vast fully fenced backyard—perfect for your dogs to frolic freely.
The casually furnished three-bedroom home is thoughtfully designed to cater to families or three couples, adhering to local regulations with a firm occupancy limit of 6 people, including children and babies. The clean and comfortable finishes and decor exude a cozy ambiance, steering clear of unnecessary fuss. To ensure the utmost comfort for your little ones, we provide a pack and play, portable highchair, and a baby gate.
As you approach the lodge, a generously sized driveway accommodates off-street parking, with ample space for a boat trailer. Two covered spaces beneath the deck eliminate the need for winter scraping, ensuring convenience in all seasons.
Upon entering the lower level, discover a small family room featuring a wood stove, a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry room with ski storage and a boot dryer. Ascending to the upper level, the open-plan living space boasts its own wood stove, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large dining table. The covered front deck extends the living area outdoors, equipped with a propane BBQ and picnic table for delightful al fresco dining. The master suite, offering a king-size bed, French doors leading to the back deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, provides a private sanctuary. The second upstairs bedroom, with twin beds and charming wainscot walls, is adjacent to the second full bathroom.
The fully fenced large backyard unveils a seasonal 20' X 36' pool, complete with a diving board, ladder, and stairs for easy access. Heated to a comfortable 82-84 degrees, the pool offers lounge chairs on the poolside patio for ultimate relaxation. Meanwhile, a six-person hot tub on the covered back deck remains open year-round.
The surrounding area offers an array of summer activities, including hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, rafting, kayaking, boating, fishing, golf, dirt biking, river tubing, and sightseeing—all within immediate vicinity or a 30-minute radius.
Come winter, our lodge caters to skiing enthusiasts, positioned just 30 minutes from Steven's Pass Ski Resort. For variety, Mission Ridge Ski and Snowboard Resort is an 80-minute drive East. Nearby sledding hills, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobile trails await in Lake Wenatchee snow parks.

There are no vehicle restrictions in spring/summer/fall. Winter guests see notes below:
*Winter months will require 4WD/AWD/Chains*
Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months when ice/snow are on the ground that a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended. No exceptions
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the plow subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

by LindaThis property has family written all over it! My grandsons couldn’t wake up each morning after all the activities they enjoyed here! Especially the pool!!! It is ideal for the multi-generational family and so roomy. The views are absolutely spectacular from every window. The house was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals, clean up was easy and having multiple eating spaces indoors and outside was fabulous. We already have planned a return visit.

by TashaWe LOVED this place. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable in every way. There were so many thoughtful touches. The home and hot tub were preheated. The kitchen was nicely outfitted. The provided shampoos, detergents, were all of quality brands and felt luxurious. There was lots of towels and linens, games, DVDs, a heat bulb in our shower area... Communication was clear, but not burdensome. Although in a neighborhood with others, it felt very private and peaceful. There was a bear-deterrent trash receptacle, an outside camera or two, lights, door alarms to the pool area, and well-secured covers. The nearest place for a significant amount of groceries or any liquor is about 17 miles away, so either arrive stocked or understand that there is a bit of a drive. The grill could have been cleaned and the one filled propane wasn't available for the fire and the grill at the same time, but that's quite literally the worst I can say. It wasn't a problem for us at all. Highly recommend!

My only comment is there was an intense odor that was there when we checked in, and would flare up throughout the weekend. The rental company said this happens, but we determined it was the specific. May be something to look into.

Cozy and comfortable with enough space for privacy and togetherness. Our family of 4 enjoyed our relaxing getaway. We walked the dogs, explored the neighborhood, relaxed in the yard, ate s’mores at the fire, played games and watched movies inside. It was a perfect space for reconnecting with each other and relaxing in the woods. The home was clean, fully stocked and functional.
The dishwasher tray wheels are deteriorated, they fall off, there were couple of them melted inside the appliance (cheap fix but extremely annoying)
There were multiple lightbulbs burned out, and were replaced during our stay with new ones, however the light switches have dimmers in them that are incompatible with the cfl or led lightbulbs that were put in. The maintenance crew should be aware of that!
The main chandelier is very high and the lightbulbs were burned out as well but were not replaced...during our stay
