There are no vehicle restrictions on vehicle types for spring/summer/fall for cabin access. Winter guests please see cautionary notes below:
Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended. No exceptions.
Winter Guests: While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

All of the ensuite King size bedrooms, were cozy, clean and wonderful!
It was nice having a huge area for games, kids and movies, and then the guys could watch football in the other living room space.
The kitchen was huge and accommodating.
Also, it snowed and was a bonus! The two Christmas trees, and other decorations, made it feel festive.

by AlexisOur big family had a great time here. And by big I mean.. BIG. The place is ridiculously huge and scenery is gorgeous.
There were issues with water pressure and issue with very minimal plumbing, like bathroom sink functionality but management was quick to respond to the situation by sending someone out within minutes. Dave was able to fix the issue and was very respectful. He was quick, in and out. Things happen like this to anyone but not all management would be so swift to remedy the situation. It was fixed and we had a flawless rest of our stay.
NW Comfy Cabins (Jessica) was really helpful and understanding, she answered my texts and calls swiftly and kindly.
The place has deer that will come close and woodsy vibes with all the trees in the back and greenery. Only 30 minutes to Leavenworth and the drive is not bad. Beautiful home, they take care of it.
A lot of things for kiddos to do and for a family/friends to connect. Would stay again. Thanks.

by GeneWe had a truly wonderful time at River Road Lodge. We were a group of 16, which is always hard to find accommodations for, and this was just a lovely spot for us. The pool and hot tub were really fun, and there was plenty of space within the house to hang out and play board games, ping pong, pool, or just laze about and watch T.V. The kitchen was very well equipped and seemed to understand the demands of hosting 16 people with an industrial sized fridge/freezer, separate beverage fridge, and an industrial stove. The staff were very responsive and accommodating. All in all we had a great time!
