Featuring central air-conditioning and laundry facilities, our home is equipped with all modern amenities for your convenience. The main floor presents an open concept kitchen, fully stocked with a dishwasher and basic kitchen appliances. Enjoy dining for 10 with large picture windows overlooking the expansive backyard. Relax in the cozy midcentury living room by the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, complete with a flat-screen TV and comfortable leather seating.

Retreat to the master suite with a king bed, full private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the private covered hot tub. This driveway is easily accessible spring/summer/fall and there are no vehicle restrictions however, winter guests please note below:

FOR WINTER GUESTS: Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD vehicle with traction tires are necessary. We highly recommend carrying chains for all vehicles.

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

Little things that really stand out

Riverside Cabin was recently home for a weekend to myself and seven of my best friends for a girls weekend. It was a great house for a group, and with eight of us total we had MORE than enough room for everyone to spread out. The location is beautiful (take a walk down to the river even if it's cold -- the view from the deck of the cabin just doesn't do it justice!) and convenient to town. The house was cozy and well appointed for our needs. I especially loved the tablet that connected to the speakers in the dining and living rooms -- it was nice to not have to figure out how to get phones to connect to entertainment systems via Bluetooth but still be able to enjoy the music of our choice (sometimes it's these little things that really stand out!).

Amazing property with a great location

What an amazing property with a great location! We had a large family gathering here and the accommodations couldn't have been more perfect. The property management was very responsive to questions. The house was right on the river and even had beach access with a great swimming hole for the kids. Downtown Leavenworth was an easy walk from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great Time!

We had a great time.  Plenty of room for 3 families (6 adults, 5 children).

The kitchen was nice and big so we could have multiple cooks in there at the same time.  We really enjoyed the daily visits from the deer!  We would love to come back!!

Amazing House!!!

Amazing house!!!  Love location to town and right on river.   Beds crazy wonderful.  Everyone woke rested and loved sheets.  We stayed as a small family reunion.   Fit everyone's needs, including 2 toddlers. Loved outdoor fireplace,  hot tub and volleyball!

Was ok for us but only downside I noted is it is a shared property with two other homes.  If you had certain expectations ask who else is renting the other home that sleeps 20 and the loft that sleeps 6 or something.   Privacy might be something to consider and didn't see that explained well  via vrbo.

We used Riverside Properties - both houses, and the loft - as the site for our family. My goal for our location was to find a place to bring everyone together for a low-key (but still fancy and beautiful!) way, in an outdoor setting. We looked at Riverside Properties last fall, and I just knew it was perfect.
They were wonderful to work with.


Many of our family told us throughout the night and continue to in the weeks following, that it was the best location they have ever been to, and a huge part of that is thanks to this wonderful place. We used the main kitchen to make all the food, with help from family and friends. Dinner was on the other side of the lawn and the porches and the multi-purpose room beneath the loft, with doors on three sides open to the night air. We made use of the hot tubs and the volleyball pit, and the grills - pretty much took advantage of everything we could!! The next day a few close friends hung out with Adam and I on the little sand beach, where we swam (in the crazy cold river), watched salmon jump, had a flock of geese fly over, and just enjoyed the wonderful view.

I don't know how organized this review was, I could rave about the experience forever!

We hosted our family at the Riverside Vacation Home on September 21 and invited family and friends to stay at the Vacation Home & Riverside Cabin from September 20-23. During our stay, we took full advantage of all the amenities (hot tubs, fire pits, volleyball court, ping pong table, etc) and had a fabulous time. My husband and I stayed in the Loft Suite which was nice and private and also perfect for Mario Kart tournaments in the downstairs section (we brought our Nintendo Switch and hooked it up to their projector). These homes are huge, beautiful, and well stocked for any sort of gathering. Julie was my point person during the booking process and stay and was helpful, friendly, and easy to get a hold of. She responded quickly to all of my questions and even delivered flowers to the vacation home that had been delivered to her own home (an extra ~30 min drive each way for her). She went out of her way to make sure that our weekend was special and she succeeded in every way possible! We could not have been happier with our stay at Riverside Properties and will definitely plan to come back in the future.
