This home sits on a picturesque riverside property that includes two additional vacation homes — the Riverside Cabin and Riverside Lodge— which can be rented separately or together for larger groups or multi-family getaways.

FOR WINTER GUESTS: Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD vehicle with traction tires are necessary. We highly recommend carrying chains for all vehicles.
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
Peaceful, Private, and Perfect for Remote Work!
by JacobAs a travel nurse on assignment in Leavenworth, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than the Riverside Loft Suite. The location is ideal—just a couple minutes from downtown but tucked away in a peaceful riverside setting that felt like a true retreat after long shifts.
The loft itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked for a longer stay. I especially appreciated the private balcony for morning coffee, the cozy gas fireplace, and the built-in desk, which made charting and Zoom calls easy. The lower level gathering space gave me extra room to spread out and felt like a bonus living room. Wi-Fi was strong the entire time, and I never had an issue with connectivity, which was crucial for work.
The property is beautifully maintained and incredibly quiet, and the shared access to the river was a huge bonus. I loved sitting by the water on my days off, reading or just soaking in the view. It was the perfect balance of convenience and serenity.
I highly recommend this spot to any healthcare professional or remote worker needing a peaceful, extended stay in Leavenworth. I’ll definitely be back for another contract if it’s available!

Great Time!
by EvaI loved the loft. It was clean, cozy, and a 20 minute stroll to downtown Leavenworth. Perfect for 2 people or 3 close friends 🙂 The fireplace gets loud once the fan kicks in, and takes a while for it to turn off after you turn the fireplace off.
Overall, we still had a great time here.
We just stayed in the Riverside Loft and it was amazing in every way possible. Comfortable without being pretentious, communications were clear and prompt, super clean (and I am picky), organized, great array of amenities. Also we arrived late at night, and it was so nice to have the lights and heat on for us. It was a quick and pleasant walk from the property into town. The only problem was that we hadn't booked a longer stay!!! Thanks for your hospitality - we hope to be back again soon.
