Nestled on a 2-acre park-like setting, this retreat offers a peaceful stroll along a scenic pond, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

The covered deck, adorned with beautiful morning sunlight, features a conversation/dining area for serene relaxation. Next to the pond, a gazebo awaits with comfortable seating and a propane fire pit, creating another idyllic spot to unwind. Experience the warmth of the fire pit alongside the soothing sounds of water in this tranquil outdoor oasis.

Step inside, where a comfortable living room area beckons with a grand river rock electric fireplace. The open concept living/kitchen area is perfect for entertaining and fostering quality time together. The main floor hosts a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom for added convenience.

Ascend a rustic staircase to the second level, revealing a full-sized open loft sleeping area with 2 twin-size beds and a full-size sofa sleeper, ideal for two little ones and their sleeping bags. An additional sitting area with a TV provides a perfect space for kids to enjoy their own retreat. Another full bathroom completes the accommodations on the second level.

Located just outside the town of Plain, Nature Acres is a mere 15 minutes from Lake Wenatchee and Fish Lake, 25 minutes from the Leavenworth Bavarian Village, and 35 minutes from Stevens Pass. This cabin is beautiful. The decor is great and the privacy is exactly what we were looking for! NW Cozy Cabins has an amazing team that is extremely responsive. The pond was a little closer to the cabin than it appeared on the photos, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it was just unexpected. Overall, this cabin was PERFECT for my gf, our dog, and me for a private getaway for the weekend.

Great job NW Comfy Cabins. Blown away by how well outfitted the kitchen was, name it, this kitchen had it, every size serving bowl, slow cooker, blender, multiple cutting boards, baking sheets, pizza cutter, knives were sharp, ice maker. Honestly, exceptional. Space was clean, bright, so Comfy (no pun intended), good luck wanting to leave once you sit on the couch and turn on the fireplace. WiFi was quick and easy to connect too. Hot tub on the patio is such a lovely addition, clean, well maintained, such a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. From the cabin its a beautiful 25 minute drive into Leavenworth, would recommend visiting if you have never been. Driveway for the cabin is a little hidden, but not hard to find, we arrived late and had no issues. Only booked 3 nights initially and had such a nice time we extended our stay without any issues. Will absolutely stay with NW Comfy Cabins again!

I have to say that we had some disappointments. We were looking for a place that had a hot tub, fireplace and outdoor firepit in case we ended up at the cabin more than expected, which did happen. It turned out that the fireplace was an oversized heater with a silly LED light, the outdoor firepit didn't function and the hot tub was only at 99 degrees (down to 95 with people in it) during our first day, probably because it wasn't turned on soon enough. While we did have a lovely stay and the hot tub was warmer on day 2, we wouldn't stay at that house again as it felt misleading.

Katharine, We so appreciate your sharing your experience and wanted to be sure to address the mentioned items that disapointed your stay. The electric fireplace is indeed noted in the unit description, so I am sorry for any confusion on that. The hot tub GFI that tripped just prior to your stay, is not norm. When you called it was a quick fix. Our hot tubs at all of our NW Comfy Cabins are all heated at capacity and ON full power prior to guests arrival, we do not turn them on/off intentionally at any time. So we do apologize this tub's GFI just happened to trip prior to your arrival, but are so glad that it got resolved so promptly from your quick communication to us. The propane firepit is working, so we are unsure if the propane tank was not turned to open, the ignitor button was not held down long enough during the cold temps to get gas in the line,  or if there was a simple airlock in the line, which all would have been an easy fix had we known about them. Again, we understand your disappointment in these items and it has not fallen on deaf ears. We are ALWAYS available to our guests via phone, email and SMS and have field crew to assist in any matters to resolve issues should they arise so as to not impede on a stay. We do appreciate the call regarding the hot tub 🙂 Please feel free to call or email us directly next tiime you book so we can ensure the getaway "truly" meets all of your needs. Best, Jeanie

Quiet cabin in the woods

Our family stayed here over New Years weekend and we had such a relaxing, fun time. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our small family and was filled with entertainment inside and out. The hot tub and all appliances were well maintained. The cabin is located roughly 17 or so miles away from city center with a small grocery store in the town of Plain (15 min away) so I would recommend stocking up at Safeway in Leavenworth before checking in. It is however very close to many winter activities (10 min), We would recommend this cabin ? and will be looking at booking again.

Between the coziness of the cabin, the updated interior, the fire pit and hot tub, this was a perfect retreat for a few nights! My partner and I brought our dogs, and we got to be present for the first snow fall of the season, and it was absolutely gorgeous before and after. Want to say thank you to NW Comfy Cabins for hosting us! This Cabin is an absolute must if you want to relax and get away. The amenities were awesome. The hot tub in the fall brisk air was very enjoyable and relaxing. What we loved most was the hot tub was under cover. First night we stayed it was raining, but it didn’t affect us hopping in to relax. Another great feature was the gas fire pit was undercover in the gazebo. Typical rainy NW weather would not be able to negatively affect our stay. The cabin was very clean. It had pretty much everything anyone could ever need. Entertainment center had a sound bar, smart TV, and xbox. Was able to connect phone to sound bar to listen to music and the smart TV allowed us to watch our favorite shows on Netflix. We were provided with all the cooking utensils needed. Was able to grill steaks on the BBQ. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

I loved the gas fire pit in the gazebo. The cabin is surrounded by thick forest so it feels away from everything, but it’s a quick drive to Leavenworth and even faster to the store in Plain. My favorite thing was the hot tub though. I think I used it at least three times a day. My only regret is that four days didn’t seem long enough.

We had an amazing time, the listing was just as we found the property. We were even greeted by a coyote or two (they stay pretty far away). Hot tub was amazing and there were plenty of kitchen supplies and extra blankets. There was a lot of frozen snow on the ground (and it was cold) so we weren’t able to enjoy the fire pit but they made it accessible if we wanted by shoveling from the deck to the gazebo. The neighborhood was super quiet. We will be back.

Cute and private place to call home for a snowy vacation. There was virtually zero noise from cars, save for a few passing neighbors, all of which are out of sight from the property. The property itself was a perfect winter playground, there was so much room to play and a nice outdoor fire pit and hot tub. Driveway and surrounding roads were plowed as needed. The bedroom/loft stayed warm enough with the heater on at night. I took off a star because the place could use some homey touches; a coat rack or some hooks to hang coats and towels would make a big difference. Also the kitchen could have been cleaner.

Overall really nice property and quite comfortable. Kitchen was missing dish rags and spare sheets for the pull out couch could not be located but otherwise wonderfully equipped, easy to use and perfect for 4. We would definitely use NW Comfy Cabins again!

We had a fantastic stay at Nature Acres. The property is beautiful and very private. The house was warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. It was very clean when we arrived. We made all our own food during our five days there, and the kitchen had everything (it could use new pots and pans, though).

We really enjoyed the cabin and my out of state friends who had never seen snow were thrilled with how pretty the property was. The cabin was clean and very cozy. We were however disappointed to see the hot tub was at 80 degrees and had to wait 4+ hours for it to warm up to 100. I also still feel it was out of line to assume our group was coming to “party” after I had already singled the contract stating we agreed be to responsible and to the “no partying” rule... especially so after we opened the guest book to see the group who stayed the weekend before us mentioned more than once the amount of “shrooms” they smoked while at the cabin property.

It is conveniently located near enough to Leavenworth, Plain, Stevens Pass, and Lake Wenatchee State Park so if you wanted to go out and do things they were 30 minutes out less away. The place also had Smart TVs so if you just wanted to veg out and watch Netflix (the main goal of my trip), you could do that too. The unit had all the necessary major appliances in working order and a hot tub for relaxing. The fire pit by the pond was another great place to relax and unwind with an adult beverage. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next trip that way.

This cabin was really nice. Great location, very private. Nice place to relax. I think we only left 2-3 times. Had everything you need. The gazebo by the pond was a big plus. Sat out there, once it cooled down, played cribbage, roasted marshmallows, made s’mores. The cabin is very nice and well stocked. Very nice hot tub, although we did not use it, it was just to hot outside even late in the evening. Next time we rent this we will use it. Because there will be a next time. Can’t wait to go back there. NW Comfy Cabins is a great company to deal with, and we will be renting from them again! Have you seen their list of rentals? We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was very clear, had everything we needed to have a great time. The wild life in the pond was great, and the hot tub was relaxing. Very close drive to Lake Wenatchee. Only thing that was dissapointing is the listing said central air and there was only one AC unit in the living room, so the back bedroom and upstairs were very hot on the warmer of the days we stayed. Other than that it was fantastic, would highly reccomend.

My husband, dog, and I had the best weekend at Nature Acres! The outdoors area was just perfect for our pup to run and play. We saw so many birds, the sweet ducks that live in the pond, and even a snake! The location was very convenient to Lake Wenatchee, which was beautiful and a nice short walk for our dog. We ate all of our meals on the patio and enjoyed the hot tub. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable and the house very private - we saw maybe three cars drive down the road during our two night stay. Our only recommendation would be to bring any special kitchen tools that you need for your meals - Nature Acres had less cooking supplies than other vacation rentals we have stayed at, in the past. It was definitely fine for basic grilling, though! We had to grab a few groceries at Just Plain Grocery and Gas, a quick 7 minute drive from the house. It was so nice to see how seriously the community was taking COVID, everyone was wearing masks inside of the grocery. I felt completely safe staying at Nature Acres in light of the pandemic, it was the perfect getaway. We really enjoyed our return stay with Comfy Cabins and will be back to check out more of their locations.

With the pond came mosquitoes, so keep that in mind during the summer. I did not find the bed very comfortable but my husband didn't have an issue. Bathroom was large (there was 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs). The curtains in the kitchen and living area were sheer, which I found odd. Even though we were secluded, I felt exposed. My big issue was the lack of pots and pans. First time I have encountered this, which was why I did not bring any from home. Had 1 small frying pan and that was it. There were a couple of pots. For this fact alone, I would not return to this particular cabin.

We loved the cabin! It was perfect for our family of 4. It has tasteful decor and it was very cozy. The electric fireplace was nice and the hot tub was awesome too. I highly recommend it. It would be nice if there were some board games and books.

The cabin itself was amazing and perfect size for us two. Very quiet and serene! BBQ was used and loved that all the kitchen stuff was already there!
We would love for you to enjoy the stunning and magical winter experience that we have here in our area. The roads are always plowed and we do have some surprise weather conditions, but they are handled quickly and generally there are no issues. That cabin has a nice flat approach so it is rare to have any concerns at Nature Acres through the winter. We hope to have you back again.

My wife and I stayed here for our Honeymoon. It was clean, peaceful, and beautiful. It's about a 25 minute drive from Leavenworth, but the drive is beautiful and goes by quickly. It's also not too far from Lake Wenatchee, which is great for summer activities. We would definitely recommend this location and will likely stay here again in the future.
