We understand the importance of “partnership” with our owners as we represent one of their most valued assets, their vacation home. We are owners ourselves, and realize that for any one of our vacation rentals to be successful it is an absolute necessity that we are all on the same page, working together towards the same common goals.
Our team is experienced, highly motivated, and works diligently and professionally on your behalf to ensure we provide some of the best customer service out there. We host a family of getaways that meet every budget and every need, and are very proud of our “return guest” clientele. For this reason, we are very selective on the properties/owners that we work with.
Our hospitality staff and field crew take great pride in ensuring each home is individually prepared and staged to provide optimal comfort for our guests and owners. Consistency is key, and that is what we provide.
Our software is hosted by TRACK. We have an owner portal in which our owners can access 24/7 via an individual login to make reservations, check calendars, view financial reporting, see copies of receipts, and many other pertinent reports to assist in record keeping. We provide a year end 1099, profit and loss report and other accurate information you will need to prepare your taxes.
We are available 24/7 365 days a year to our guests, owners and our mountain neighbors. Because we are local, your guests will not be dealing with someone out of the country or across the United States when needing to inquire or contact someone regarding their stay.
If concerns from any of the local community members arise we are more than happy to assist. We expect full compliance with all of the local ordinances concerning noise, trash, property lines and occupancy from our guests and if we are notified of non compliance, we will do our best to halt any disruptions as soon as possible.
When considering putting your vacation home in the rental pool, you must ask yourself the following questions:
1) Does my property meet the local Chelan County Guidelines to qualify as a legally operating rental?
2) Do I have my Chelan County Short Term Rental Permit?
3) What are my needs/ expectations for putting my home in the rental pool?
4) What type of annual gross income are you hoping to collect?
5) What percentage of the year will you want to use the home for personal use, versus nightly rentals? 6) Does your home meet the top frequent demands of vacation travelers?
Are you willing to take our recommendations and put into play our advice on what will make your home the best it can be? We have been doing this since 2004 and as the market has become more saturated with vacation rentals and the customers expectations have become exceedingly higher it is important that you are open to our suggestions and ideas that will make your home stand out.

Jennifer M: I’ve been working with NW Comfy Cabins since October 2017 to manage our Bjork Creek Cabin outside of Leavenworth. I was new to short term rentals and didn’t live in the area, so I really needed a trusted partner who would look after my home and ensure guests had a great experience and local help if needed. They’ve lived up to my expectations and more! They take care of big and small details: advertising & booking guests, taking pictures to showcase the property, stocking supplies, snow plowing in the winter and lawn care in the summer. When the inevitable emergency with a guest comes up, they know how to take care of it and go the extra mile to ensure it’s fixed. They even dropped off a refrigerator once when ours wasn’t staying cold! They also make recommendations on how to improve the property to enhance the guest experience. When we switched to Northwest Comfy Cabins as our property management company in 2019, we were initially nervous about the move to a smaller, locally owned company, but we could not be happier with our decision. NWCC obviously takes great pride in managing and maintaining our property as a reflection of their company and its values. When we had a problem with a water leak during freezing winter weather and a propane fireplace that wouldn’t light, they were proactive and solved the problems while keeping us informed. As well, the consistency and quality of housecleaning is unequalled. When our sons came to visit our cabin after our switch to NWCC, both separately said to us that it didn’t even look like the same home due to the much more thorough personal-touch cleaning. The owner even helped us add some décor pieces to enhance the appearance of our home. In addition, we are very satisfied with their marketing, pricing structure, and the number of rentals they have produced for us; their online owners’ portal is easy to navigate and full of information; their payments and statements are timely and efficient; and we get immediate responses to our questions or needs. We feel that we are partnering with NWCC. They have our full trust, and we highly recommend them to all other vacation rental owners.
We have had Comfy Cabins manage our vacation rental for about three years and could not be more satisfied. Having a vacation rental at times can be quite nerve racking and having a good manager has been essential for us. NWCC has managed my vacation rental for 10 1/2 years. I think they only had 11 cabins when I started with them. I have been happy with them all along, but surprisingly they have improved with growth. They put the hearts into this family owned business, constantly keeping an eye on the industry, going to conferences and implementing best practices that they learn. In recent years, they have gone inhouse with cleaning and grounds maintenance. This has taking things to the next level vs using subcontractors who have no “skin in the game”. I would very much recommend them for vacation rental management.
