Alpine Family Haus Condo
Welcome to Alpine Family Haus, a top-floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo which is just perfect for close friends or family while visiting the Bavarian Village. As you walk up one flight of stairs and enter the Alpine Family Haus you are greeted with a true sense of home and comfort. The owner has gone above and beyond to ensure your time spent here is the best it can be.
The open concept living space offers a full kitchen which includes a dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools and not one but two options for your morning coffee, a standard drip pot and a Keurig. As you prepare a home cooked meal, there is a dining table off the kitchen that your whole group can gather round as they anxiously await “what’s for dinner” or “breakfast.”
The vaulted ceilings, bright windows and tastefully intentional decorating invite you to cozy up in the living space with an electric fireplace, and a TV with streaming options: YouTubeTV, Netflix, & Disney +, as well as a library of DVDs for movie night with the children. The couch also turns into a queen size sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space.
Just off the dining and living area you can enjoy your own private covered deck space with a comfy conversation set, storage for your toys, such as skis/sleds or golf clubs, and enjoy views of some of the local mountains.
A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is your main bathroom but don’t worry the primary bedroom has a private en suite bathroom with another shower. In the second bedroom, you will find a queen bed with a twin trundle pullout option if you need extra space for a child and a TV. The primary bedroom has a king bed, which also has a twin trundle option, a TV for streaming, a workstation, and the private bathroom with shower.
The condo has many family essentials like toys, games, Pack 'n Play, a highchair, stroller, outdoor storage for sleds, skis golf clubs, free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and streaming services, and a slow cooker.
You can walk or drive to downtown Leavenworth. There is an abundance of shopping, dining, wine tasting, breweries for you to immerse yourself in. The Icicle Junction for mini golf and arcade games is also within walking distance.
So many year-round activities are yours to enjoy while staying at the Alpine Family Haus, you will want to experience them all and your family will cherish the memories that are made here.

While the complex does its best to keep the entrance/parking plowed winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this parking spaces challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the complex and the Chelan County plows who service this complex and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

House had all of the amenities we needed and fit the description. It was even decorated for Christmas which made it feel so festive and cozy. There were tons of toys and even a sturdy little table and chairs and everything you need for littles (high chair, pack n play and stroller). by GauravWe had a great stay and would consider staying here again. The place was well stocked and great for comfortably hosting a group of 6 in a 2 bedroom unit. The listed host is a company and you have to go through a process off of Airbnb in order to complete the booking, but they are very responsive to messages through Airbnb and were able to accommodate our request for a late checkout. All the windows have high quality blackout curtains which worked great for us to sleep early in order to wake up for an early morning hike.

You can tell the owners really care about the guest experience by the thoughtful extras around the house. Will definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone. Location was great too! Just far enough from the center of town to be out of the crowds but still close enough to walk if you wanted.

The condo was stocked with everything we needed. I wish it was a little closer to downtown; it's a long walk in the snow & cold. There are very limited options for taxi/rides to town. We used Leavenworth Shuttle. It was pretty expensive but worth it to have a DD.

The location is quiet and on the outskirt of town near the new alpine coaster, but it is still close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The property is well stocked with kitchen items and toiletries, even games and beach chairs. The owners have taken care to pay attention to details to make their guests feel at home. The balcony has beautiful mountain views and is the perfect place to relax in the shade during morning or evening hours. We are thankful we ended up here! We originally booked a different place through VRBO (Wolfgang, #34 managed by Vacasa), but the owner decided to cancel the reservation at the last minute so they could use the property instead. (Yeah, that can happen! Renter beware!) We were very pleased with this condo and would definitely stay here again.
