This driveway is easily accessible spring/summer/fall and there are no vehicle restrictions however, winter guests please note below:
FOR WINTER GUESTS: Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD vehicle with traction tires are necessary. We highly recommend carrying chains for all vehicles.
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

The hosts were flexible, Hot tub was a hit though we really wanted to have a fire we couldn't because it was raining and there was no outdoor canopy. we loved this place even our pups had a great time.

by TallenWonderful getaway in a very nice/quiet neighborhood! For those who don't want the bustle and expense of staying directly in Leavenworth, this place is fantastic. A couple of grocery marts/coffee/gas nearby for small items and downtown Leavenworth is only about a 20 minute drive. The space is great for a small family or for a family like ours, 2 adults and a spoiled pup 🙂 we had a great time relaxing in the space, playing some games in the big yard, enjoying the hot tub and beauty of nature!

Great girls weekend getaway
by StephanieWe had a great girls weekend getaway at this cute cabin! I absolutely love the area - it’s a far enough out of town and off the main highway that you feel like you are leaving hectic life and crowds behind, but not so far that you can’t take a trip into Leavenworth for a pizza or forgotten coffee creamer. The property is very private and quiet, surrounded by trees. I instantly felt at ease when we arrived. Everything was clean, linens and furnishings seem new, beds and chairs were comfortable, kitchen is very well appointed with practically any dish, utensil, or appliance you could need. We were thankful for the AC since it was pushing 100 degrees outside. Throw blankets, board games, puzzles, dvds, and a thorough guide to local info were available. A visit to Lake Wenatchee state park is must, any time of year.
Plan to make this cabin a part of our continuing story
by ReginaThis was our first time using AirBNB but we wanted to find a nice cabin getaway for our 10th anniversary that we could take our dogs to and Big Foot Base Camp was our pick. Upon arriving, our expectations were exceeded. The cabin was extremely comfortable and very private but not so secluded that you felt unsafe. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need (including dog bowls) and more staples than we anticipated. Bedroom was very comfortable, leading to great sleep. And there was a good amount of yard to walk the dogs in. We plan to become a repeat customer and make this cabin a part of our continuing story.

We loved the heated walk way to the hot tub! The cabin was well equipped.The driveway was a bit dicey, but the hat can you do about all that snow!
