The great room provides the ideal setting for an afternoon movie or a spirited board game, while the kids' bunkroom features 2 bunk beds, providing ample space for play, reading, and fort-building. This driveway is easily accessible spring/summer/fall and there are no vehicle restrictions however, winter guests please note below:

FOR WINTER GUESTS: Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD vehicle with traction tires are necessary. We highly recommend carrying chains for all vehicles.

While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

I absolutely loved my visit at the Bigfoot Basecamp! The space is incredibly clean, comfortable, and quiet. The listing doesn\'t do the space justice. When I arrived I was blown away by all the amenities, and thoughtful touches the cabin included that I hadn\'t even thought about. My fiance and I loved the tetherball, fire pit, and board games in the cabin! Very dog friendly space to include a cozy bed for the pups. Check in was easy, and it was a good distance from Leavenworth and other notable locations. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

This place is an absolute gem! It was the relaxing, unplugged getaway we needed. We spent a couple hours in Leavenworth but were in a hurry to get back to the cabin to relax, grill steaks, and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone!!

We would like to say a big thank you to NW comfy Cabins's for allowing us to stay at the Base camp Cabin. Everything was per the description, good communication, and easy check in/out. Others have mentioned issues with cell service, we have Verizon and T-mobile and we had excellent reception. The Cabin feels seclusive and is in a very peaceful/quiet area. This cabin is in a perfect location to enjoy close by snow-shoeing/x-country ski trails and not far to enjoy a day trip to Leavenworth. The wife and I had a relaxing get-away and enjoyed watching the snow fall while sitting in the hot tub. Was also a bonus allowing our two fur babies to get to come and enjoy the time with us. We will definitely would love to come back.

The cabin was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Neighborhood was quiet, the house is private with neighbors nearby but surrounded by trees providing illusion of seclusion. Also close to a couple of local restaurants and not far from Leavenworth. We had a great weekend where we could escape from flipping TV channels or being tied to work, and relaxing while enjoying the patio jacuzzi, hammock and fire pit (we had great crisp/clear fall weather). Plenty of indoor and outdoor games + DVDs for entertainment should you need it.

Property is beautiful and clean. Very private. There are a lot of nice little touches that leaves the property with a nice "themed" feeling. My only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable. You won't want to be in them long though with how beautiful and well located this property is.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Bigfoot Base Camp for 3 nights and couldn’t have enjoyed it any more! The check-in process was so so simple, and the management company was so sweet and helpful! The photos showed a picture of a gas firepit and when we got there we couldn’t find it, so I called the management company and they sent someone up to grab it out of the garage, hooked it up, and even left us an extra propane tank! It was so secluded, but still around other houses down the road. It’s tucked back in trees so it’s extremely private. The movies, outdoor games and the fireplace added such a nice little touch! Everything was so clean and comfortable and we will DEFINITELY be back! We couldn’t rave about this place more!

We rented Bigfoot Base Camp for a few nights after Christmas. Fabulous cabin! Great location, floor plan and very well appointed. I was a bit concerned that the cabin might be a little on the small side for our two teenage boys and dog - but it was perfect and plenty of space. Over all our stay was fantastic and just what we needed. We were far away enough from everything we were able to get that disconnected, private, unplugged feeling we were after, but close enough to the town and a market that we could get what we needed. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and so cozy. I think the only things I would say could have been better was, if management had handled the one situation we had better, their response started out great and then did not end as well....other than this one situation they were great and the process was great. And since it is known that there will likely not be phone service unless you have Verizon, the cabin should be supplied with a landline or something in case of an emergency. We were lucky my husband had Verizon, but I did not and had no service. Management warns you of this ahead of time, but I guess we assumed/hoped there would be a landline and there was not. Other than that the stay was perfect and the views were beautiful! And even though there were neighbors the house feels private because of all the trees. I would not hesitate to recommend this cabin and company, I know I will be returning in the future for another get away!
